1-2-1's from £50 per session per hour.
​Personal training is ideal for those who haven’t exercised in a while or are new to fitness and may not yet feel comfortable in a group setting. At £50 per hour, my 1-2-1 sessions, or sessions with a friend, offer personalized attention tailored to your specific goals and fitness level.

These bespoke sessions are designed to build your confidence and get you accustomed to movement at your own pace. We can meet at the park or in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. This hour is dedicated to you and your progress, ensuring you feel ready and confident to join group sessions when you’re ready.
