About Me

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral, a Level 2 Gym Instructor certification, and specialized training in Mixed Martial Arts for Fitness, TRX, and Kettlebells. I’m also certified in Pre and Postnatal Fitness, ensuring that I can support women through every stage of their fitness journey. As a Qualified First Aider, your safety is always my top priority.


My love for health and fitness started when I played competitive sport in my early twenties. Today, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion into a profession I love. Since 2014 I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer in the Hampton area!
